Athletic Therapy – Comprehensive First Visit 
(75-90mins)

Your first Athletic Therapy appointment includes a comprehensive assessment and treatment.

This visit allows time for:

  • Reviewing health history and concerns

  • Movement and injury assessment

  • Hands-on treatment and/or corrective exercises

Treatment techniques and hands-on time vary based on clinical findings and your individual needs.

Athletic Therapy – Ongoing Treatment (45–60 min)

Follow-up appointments build on your initial assessment and focus on ongoing treatment and progress.

Sessions may include:

  • Hands-on treatment

  • Exercise progression or modification

Treatment length and techniques vary depending on your stage of recovery.
