OUR STORY & PHILOSOPHY
At Wellness on Wheels, we’re more than a mobile massage service—we’re a community committed to bringing relaxation and healing right to your door.
We understand how hectic life can be, and finding time for self-care often feels impossible. That’s why we bring therapeutic massage directly to you—no need to worry about commuting, parking, or fitting a clinic visit into your schedule. We’re here to save your muscles and your time!
In addition to in-home services, Wellness on Wheels also offers mobile chair massages for events and office settings. Your well-being doesn’t have to stop at the workplace door. We believe a healthy, relaxed team is a more productive one, and we’re here to help make that happen. Whether for a special event, employee appreciation day, or just an everyday wellness boost, our chair massages are a perfect way to show your team you care.
Whether you’re looking to relieve stress, ease muscle tension, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment of relaxation, we’re here to support your wellness journey—one appointment at a time.
Let’s prioritize self-care together.

Shaun Castor, RMT
He/Him
Hey, I'm Shaun Castor, Registered Massage Therapist and Founder of WoW!
I completed my massage training back in 2014 at the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba (now Evolve College), and I continued my studies at the Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2016. I'm super proud to be a part of the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba.
Growing up, I was really involved in music and gymnastics, which led me to explore voice, theatre, and dance as a teenager. I started off studying classical vocal performance at the University of Manitoba, but I craved a more immersive music theatre experience. That's when I studied at the Canadian College of Performing Arts in Victoria. After graduating, I dove into the Canadian music theatre scene, where I became known for my ensemble work and acrobatic skills.
After about a decade of performing, I decided to switch gears and pursue a career in massage therapy. Now, I'm here to help people from all walks of life! In my massage sessions, I love blending deep tissue techniques like trigger point therapy and myofascial release, with relaxing Swedish massage techniques. I'm always learning and growing, so I regularly take additional courses to expand my skills. I most recently gained certification in acupuncture. Can't wait to help you feel your best!
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner Joseph, and our dog Ernie.
Suzanne Millar, RMT
She/Her
Hi, my name is Suzanne Millar, and I’ve been a Massage Therapist in Manitoba for over 20 years. As an active member of the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba (MTAM), I’m passionate about helping others feel their best through personalized treatments.
With significant experience working with the elderly in assisted living and personal care homes, I focus on their comfort and mobility. I’m also trained in pregnancy and infant massage, supporting clients through all stages of life. I incorporate multiple techniques into treatments to address concerns like post-surgical rehabilitation, stress relief, headaches, shoulder pain, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
Whether you need deep tissue work or more moderate and light pressure, I adjust my techniques to fit your needs. I can also provide gentle home care exercises to aid in recovery, with the goal of helping you move more easily and live more comfortably.
Chris Millard, RMT
He/Him
Hi, I’m Chris Millard. I graduated from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba back in 2008 and since then, I’ve built a pretty diverse career in therapeutic massage. For five years, I owned and ran my own clinic, where I loved providing personalized care to all kinds of clients. I’ve also worked as a supervisor at Robertson College, overseeing the student massage clinic and various outreach programs, which was a great way to support new therapists entering the field.
I have a lot of experience working with athletes of all levels – from weekend warriors to marathon runners, triathletes, ultra-runners, and even professionals. Over the years, I’ve taken additional training in kinesiology taping, cupping therapy, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and acupuncture to better support my clients’ goals.
I’ve also been lucky to contribute to the sports community by volunteering with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers Football Club and participating in a research study on massage therapy for muscle recovery. One of my proudest moments was being part of the Massage and Medical Team at the Canada Summer Games.
In 2017, I was honoured to receive the Merit Award of Excellence from the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba for my work in the field.
Outside of massage therapy, I keep myself busy with scuba diving, obstacle course racing, winter fat biking, and long-distance running.
